Let me introduce myself. My name is Sigrid (pronounced si·gruhd). I am a UX/UI Designer and graduate student at New York University studying Integrated Design and Media. Originally, I am from a small town in beautiful Norway 🇳🇴, but for the past few years, I have been fortunate to live in North America to pursue my studies and professional career 🇨🇦🇺🇸.
My passion is to craft beautiful digital interactions that are functional, accessible, and leave the users feeling good. I do so by understanding user behaviors, needs, motivations, and pain points👩🏼💻🧐.

University of British Columbia
Studied governments, economics, political philosophy, public policies, history, and international relations. Gained insight into a variety of political systems and got a greater understanding of the complexity of our future challenges, their intertwinement, and the connectivity that makes them in need of complex solutions.
